Bucks Path Beauty is a contemporary 3,000-square-foot-plus home on almost an acre of lush landscaping. Inside the East Hampton home, you will find a modern interior with open, airy living areas. Skylights allow natural light to illuminate the luxurious hardwood flooring throughout. Feel right at home in the great room with 20-foot ceilings overlooking the sparkling pool. The cozy living room features a sleek wood-burning fireplace, a comfortable sectional couch and recliner, and a flat-screen Smart TV. Adjacent to the couch is a dining table with seating for six. Whip up a hearty breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry accented by wood trim. Sip coffee brewed in the Keurig and read the morning paper in the breakfast area with two seats at the counter. The home comes with an extra room containing a desk should you need a work-from-home space all year round, or the room can be a fifth bedroom. A shed by the pool provides extra storage space. The basement includes a large laundry room for your convenience.

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
