Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.

Stayed the weekend with some girlfriends, and this was the perfect house. House was stocked with some essentials. Rooms were all spacious and comfortable. Not far from town, and an easy 10 minute ride to nightlife and restaurants. Pictures on the listing were completely accurate. Would love to stay again!

I stayed here with about 10 girls for a weekend in Sag Harbor and let me tell you- it went BEYOND our expectations. It was beautiful home that comfortably sleeps a large party, had many amenities (ie speakers, keurig, BBQ, 3 showers) and most importantly, space. It was located right outside town which made it easy to go out during the day/night. I have been to many houses over the past few years and I must say this is the best bang for your buck- clean, friendly/accommodating staff/beautiful vibes. HIGHLY recommend.

This home was terrific! The owners have created a very warm and inviting atmosphere and it truly made our group feel at home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cathy was extremely attentive. Would definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed everything this home had to offer--it is warm, inviting and very comfortable. It has wonderful privacy and perfectly located to easily access many of the activities that the Hamptons have to offer. We created some wonderful memories during our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
