Renovated just five years ago, with beautiful hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings and sumptuous draping, the house is styled in a modern, luxurious décor. The open floor plan has a living/dining area flooded with natural light from picture window sliding glass doors that open to a beautiful decking area. Comfortable couches face a fireplace and mounted flat screen TV, with an adjacent dining table that seats six.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample counterspace. With two bedrooms and an extra sleeping area, the house comfortably sleeps six guests. The bedrooms are spacious and minimally decorated, exuding a clean, crisp vibe. The master suite is complete with fireplace.

Bayside Splendor is the perfect escape for those looking to unwind by the water with minimal car usage. It’s an easy walk to nearby restaurants, deli, and coffee shop and less than a 15 minute drive to East Hampton Village.

Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
