Inside this contemporary build is a bright, spacious home. The house is infused with natural light from windows throughout and enjoys vaulted ceilings that emphasize the spaciousness of the main floor gathering spaces. The kitchen, dining area and living room flow together in an open concept design, encouraging a sense of intimacy. There are hardwoods throughout the house and ceramic tile in the kitchen. With four bedrooms, the house sleeps 12 guests comfortably. The bedrooms are spacious with minimal décor to maximize comfort and rest.
Step outside to the backyard to behold an expansive space that is ideal for entertaining. Set the mood with music on the outdoor Bluetooth speaker and whip up a feast in the outdoor kitchen pavilion complete with a sink, grill, refrigerator and ice maker. Guests can lounge by the pool on the wraparound couch or in lounge chairs with umbrellas, watch the outdoor TV or play a game on the bocce court. Inside, wander down to the finished basement and play a friendly game of ping pong or enjoy a dip in the hot tub, which is in a covered outdoor screen room.

If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Cormorant Point Contemporary was absolutely perfect for our summer week in the Hamptons with friends! Every part of the house was as good, if not better, than it looked in the photos. The pool area and outdoor barbecue were exceptional, and that's where our group spent most of our time. All the bedrooms had nice beds with high end linens, and the kitchen met all our needs. We couldn't have asked for a nicer pool and backyard to relax and swim! The house is also about a five minute drive from a grocery store and other food options, which was very convenient!
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
