This very charming and spacious 6 bedroom, 3 full bath home with lots of Montauk memorabilia is located 3 houses in from Sound Avenue and the Block Island Sound with Winter water view from 2nd floor deck. There is an outdoor shower (hot & cold water water) and hanging bench swing & teak bench, 6 polywood adirondack chair & 2 chaise lounge seating area around a stone fire pit in the backyard, and additional seating with table area on the right side of house and on the second floor wrap-around-deck. Walk to public beach, waterfront restaurants, bars, markets and shops, charters, party boats and ferry and only a 5 minute drive to Ocean beaches. There is so much to do and experience in Montauk! Knotty cedar second floor great room with high ceiling open rafters and a wood-burning fire place, 55" Samsung smart TV with cable box, Firecube, Blu-ray player, stereo with CD carousel, and large white denim sectional and denim rocker with ottoman. Great room is open to kitchen with a breakfast bar and farmhouse dining table. Three sets of sliders open out to a spacious wrap-around furnished deck with a propane grill, chaise lounge, table with 4-6 chairs & umbrella, settee, and staircase with safety gate.
The upper hallway leads to a laundry center, full bath, and 3 bedrooms:
Master bedroom, that now has a Linen Spa memory foam mattress pad infused with gel, as well as Linen Spa mattress protector, with an additional private bath and a 42" LCD HDTV with fire stick & cable box (basic cable & WiFi are included). Master shower now has spa shower seat. A second bedroom with a queen size bed & small TV with fire stick, and a third bedroom with a full size bed.
Main Side door and sliders open to first floor with charming built-in cedar bar with barstools, round card table with drop leafs & chairs, center bar table with 4 chairs, and a 50" plasma HDTV with cable box and firestick.
Hallway leads to a full bath, linen closet with extra towels, beach towels & beach sheets & linens, two bedrooms with queen beds (one has large smart TV, the other has TV with firestick), and one bedroom with 2 twin beds & TV with firestick. All 3 bedrooms have Blu-ray players as well.
Other home amenities include: Fujitsu 4 mini-split air conditioning system, second floor.
Seven TV’s located throughout, 2 are smart. All others have fire sticks. Four Blu-ray players throughout. Stereo system with CD carousel.
All mattresses & box springs are encased in Linen Spa mite & dust proof protectors.

Wireless internet access throughout. Eight powerful ceiling fans are in place- but are rarely needed due to the strong crosswinds experienced through our Anderson casement windows and sliders all throughout the house. There are also many portable oscillating fans about.
Every room is equipped with a luggage rack. All rooms have 1-2 surge protector strips. Some with USB plugins.
