Escape to a luxurious Wainscott getaway. The Georgica Pond Grandeur house sits on an acre of beautifully landscaped tree-lined property to provide the ultimate private retreat. Located south of the highway, it is situated a mile from the beach and minutes from the shops and restaurants of Wainscott.
With 7 bedrooms and 7+ baths, the house comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly appointed, emphasizing luxury and comfort with tasteful frames and bedding. The upstairs master suite enjoys a large ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a private balcony terrace overlooking the property.
The 7,500-square-foot home features a modern design and hardwood flooring throughout. With spectacular attention to detail, from the thoughtfully chosen works of art that adorn the walls to premium finishes such as custom built-ins, the house exudes an aura of elegance. The great room, with double-height ceilings, two extra-long couches, a wall of windows that look out onto the backyard and a stunning gas fireplace that is the focal point of the space, is a sun-drenched slice of heaven. A balcony connecting the upstairs rooms overlooks the great room, lending an even greater sense of grandeur. The den offers a more intimate space to watch something on the flat screen TV, curl up with a book or play a board game on the large coffee table.
The bright eat-in chef’s kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops. It features an oversized island perfect for food preparation and entertaining, with breakfast bar stool seating for four. The kitchen opens into the dining space, which seats eight. The house also has a large, tranquil office space, as well as a fitness area, a media room and a pool table on the finished lower level.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners’). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $20,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

Kevin P. 2 years agoWe stayed at Georgica Pond Grandeur in late December, 2021to early January, 2022. Everything was perfect, from the reservation through our (sad) departure. The booking through StayMarquis (Madison Silverberg helped us book the property and was fantastic) was easy, smooth and painless. We also dealt directly with the the property owner/representative Andrew and Charles who were always available, extremely responsive via e-mail, text and cell. Andrew and Charles were friendly, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. They made you feel right at home. Prior to our stay, StayMarquis, and in particular Breese, arranged for the house to be stocked with food that we had asked for making out stay that much easier and more relaxing. Breese also arranged a private chef for us. Breese was friendly, extremely helpful responsive. We were met at the house at the beginning of our stay and the ins and outs of the house were explained to us. The house, however was. not as described on the StayMarquis website...It was actually MORE magnificent in person. The house, inside and out, was spectacular. The house is in a quiet area and a great location, only a few minutes distance from everything you could possibly need. The fully fenced backyard is extremely large and our dog loved it. Plenty of room to roam around off leash. The deck at the back of the house is also large with a fire pit and extremely comfortable. The inside of the house is spacious, emaculate and did I say spacious. The living room with its high (very high) ceiling and fireplace is gorgeous. The house is large enough to get lost in. The "media" (movie theatre like) room in the basement, with pool table and exercise room is a great place to get lost. The kitchen with its lengthy island in the middle, is ultramodern, huge and a great place to cook and eat. If you want to spread out there is also a dining room and a den to hang out in. But it was hard to leave the fireplace in the living room. The hundreds of bedrooms (at least it felt that way - there are bedrooms on every level of the house) were each beautifully styled, especially the master bedroom on the top floor with an oversized walking closet and spacious bathroom. There are also bathrooms everywhere. We had a great stay, would certainly stay again and highly recommend this property and StayMarquis. StayMarquis makes it easy and does all the hard work for you, so all you have to do is arrive and enjoy.
