Laurel Drive comfortably accommodates eight guests with two full baths and four queen-size bedrooms — including some with vaulted ceilings and private outdoor access. Lodge-style architecture and a shaded lot tucked into the trees keeps your vacation classic and comfortable.
Whip up a favorite meal in the stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, and gather everyone in the dining room, where a chic wood table seats six. Come together in the living area for movie nights on the flat screen TV, or sip refreshing drinks by the wood-burning fireplace.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

This Montauk summer getaway is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a location that offers you some privacy, but also close proximity to town. The house is very-well kept and the backyard is perfect for a nice summer cool off. We really enjoyed our stay at this place and would definitely recommend again. Just be careful about hidden fees in the booking as it pertains to heating the pool. Those heating costs were not clearly communicated to us and we realized after the fact that those utility costs would be coming off our security deposit. Other than that, the Marquis team did a great job managing the property and keeping us abreast of all the quirks of the house. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Montauk with a larger group.

I stayed here in early June with friends and family for my 30th birthday and had a great time. This was my first time in Montauk. Located 5 minutes from Gurney’s and the beach and 15 mins from downtown Montauk, surf lodge, etc. The house was very nice and clean, and the yard and pool were really nice. We enjoyed the peaceful, wooded ambience of the property. Host was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend 6 Laurel drive!

Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
