This contemporary East Hampton traditional home on nearly an acre of land is the perfect spot for friends and families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Vaulted ceilings and skylights illuminate the crisp white walls and striking hardwood floors as you walk inside. The living room features vaulted ceilings and skylights to brighten the room. Cozy up on the sectional couch in front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the flat-screen Smart TV. The spacious island kitchen offers plenty of room to whip up a big breakfast using the supplied cookware and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, toaster, and blender. Sit at the island on one of the four stools and enjoy a hot cup of coffee from the drip coffee pot while you read the morning paper. Play your favorite tunes while enjoying each other’s company using the Sonos speaker system located throughout.

Sliding doors lead out to the private backyard ideal for entertaining.
