Even as you approach Noyac Harbor Hideaway, there’s no question you’ve arrived somewhere special. With its large picture windows, well-manicured lawn and detailed woodwork, this vacation rental invites guests to step beyond the stress of everyday life for a month, week or just a few days.
This five-bedroom, three-bathroom house holds a multitude of lavish details at every turn: carefully crafted furniture, plush throw pillows, ornate china cabinets, stonework around the fireplace and even a baby grand piano.
The spacious kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and plentiful preparation space including an island, and the nearby living room awaits with modern electronics and more than enough room for the whole family to lounge.
Every bedroom at Noyac Harbor Hideaway is tastefully decorated and has comfortable linens, pillows and mattresses. And the property’s bathrooms will make you feel like royalty with deep spa bathtubs, lots of natural lighting and more than enough of space to get ready for a night out on the town.
Abundant seating around the backyard pool means you can enjoy a siesta or visit with friends over a game of cards – the choice is yours. At the very least, take up the invitation to relax on the sizeable porch, which beckons from daybreak until the last sliver of sun late in the evening. With a large patio table and gas grill, don’t be surprised if you find yourself spending hours catching up in this friendly outdoor space.
Even though you may be tempted never to leave this lovely vacation home, it would be a shame not to take advantage of Noyac Harbor Hideaway’s accessibility. Sag Harbor is only 15 minutes away while Southampton is a mere 10 minutes, both of which have shopping, restaurants and bars. Of course, a surf-and-sand getaway is just down the road as well: A short drive to the bay beach and a 10-minute drive to ocean beaches means you’ll be making waves or soaking up the sun in no time at all.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.

Door handle for the back door would fall off. This was brought up during check in.
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
