This magnificent, polished-to-perfection, industrial-style home, located in the heart of Sag Harbor, is an unbelievable getaway home for a large group of friends or several, tight-knit families. Upon entering the home, you will immediately take note to the unique yet professionally-curated interior style. Thanks to the open-floor plan, the living room, dining room, and kitchen all reside in the same, grand space. Not only does this main level receive flooding natural light as a result of the immaculate series of floor-to-ceiling windows, but it also features stunning wood-paneled walls. The living room, comprised of a sweeping sectional that contains more than 20 pillows (!), a large coffee table, and several other chairs, is the perfect place to relax on warm Summer days, or congregate to chat and laugh with those in the group. Behind the living room lies the dining table — an impressive, seemingly custom-made wooden table that seats not eight, not ten, but twelve guests! Feel free to dine here, or take the meal outdoors and enjoy on the back patio or second-tier pavilion to relish in the Summer breeze. This table also serves as an excellent work-from-home space for those wanting to be near the action of the group while also getting work done. Deeper into the home includes the mud room as well as the gourmet chef’s kitchen. This stately space features a wrap-around, polished counter with several high-top chairs and a small island. Both novice and well-seasoned chefs are encouraged to utilize all this kitchen has to offer. In addition to those three wonderful areas, there is also a game/fitness room containing another sectional, a ping pong table, and several pieces of workout equipment, as well as an at-home screening room for avid movie watchers. The chairs in this particular room are, indeed, movie theater quality recliners making for an excellent screening experience in the comfort of your own home. Feel free to spend the day basking in the Summer sun and taking frequent dips in the sparkling gunite pool, or hop on a bike (accompanied by the home) and ride into town for a day of sight-seeing, shopping, and dining in local restaurants. Upon returning home, enjoy a nightcap on either one of the two outdoor patio spaces — either on the ground-level that includes fuzzball and a seating area, or on the second floor under a pavilioned extension of the roof. Once the day has officially come to an end, retire to one of the spacious and luxurious bedrooms to rejuvenate for the following day. Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms have their own unique style and flare, unparalleled to many other homes in the area.
