The 1,100 square foot mahogany deck is equipped with a barbecue and has a seating area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, a midday lunch, or a late afternoon cocktail, while you take in the open air. 

Southampton Sanctuary has been recently renovated, with high-end furnishings throughout. The spacious kitchen offers enough room for having multiple cooks in the kitchen and the open living room format is a perfect place to hang out. 

Perfectly located in Southampton Village, Southampton Sanctuary is proximate to restaurants, shops, cafes and the many other local amenities that Southampton has to offer. Biking to town is only 10 minutes away (three bikes provided), and the beach is just a quick 5 minute drive.The house also comes with 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.
