Ideal for couples or a family or two, The French Farm House has three subtle yet spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortable for up to six people. The master ensuite provides the ultimate relaxation with BainUlta Jacuzzi tub. TVs with cable and DVD players can be found in each bedroom and in the living room area. There is also a fully functional office space with WiFi and office copier.
The chef’s kitchen is filled with top amenities including Sub-Zero appliances and beverage bar, perfect for whipping up a favorite breakfast or a slow, gourmet meal — complemented, of course, by a chilled bottle from the wine fridge and music provided by the Bose speaker system.
Stoke a fire or settle in for a movie night in the living room, which marries high ceilings with lots of windows. And balconies from the second floor allow you to step out for a peek at backyard activity.
On a sunny day, spend a leisurely afternoon swimming laps in the heated pool (50' x 15') or cruising around East Hampton on one of the 4 bikes (and helmets) available. Linger over a multi-course meal — and uncork another bottle of wine — as you catch up with friends and family at the outdoor dining table. Propane gas heats the BBQ, fireplaces and stove. Then settle in for a quiet evening on the front porch.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

The house was perfect. Spotless fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious clean bathrooms and an amazing pool.

This property is truly a Gem. There are not many that have this privacy entirely. It has an amazing Lap pool which is hard to come by. It's a two level house with its master bed room on the second floor with a private bath and Bain tub. It is awesome.. you enter with private gates and incredible plantings.. we had a wonderful time. There is enough room to be private or entertain in a social setting. The one thing that truly remains in my mind is the incredible lighting. Day and night.. Sun light just gleams throughout the house and night time the moonlight.. besides all the exterior lighting accents.. I would recommend this property to all and know you’re in for such a treat.. the perfect escape.. I just love it!
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
