The living room features an aesthetic fireplace filled with candles to set the ambience. The bright gourmet chef’s kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a large granite-topped island with stool seating and a wine refrigerator. The formal dining area has a stunning wood slab dining table that comfortably seats six people. In the finished basement, there is an expansive media room with a flat screen TV and comfortable couches.
French doors lead out to the large outdoor patio with a grill and an outdoor dining area. There is a heated gunite pool, an outdoor shower, and a separate pool house with full bathroom. The regulation-size half basketball court is great for practicing your shooting technique or organizing an impromptu pick-up game.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
