Liability Coverage Peace of mind is key to a relaxing stay. That's why, through Safely, we include $1 million in liability insurance, covering both dwelling and personal injury. Please note that this coverage does not extend to commercial properties.
Property Protection Through Safely, we offer $5,000 in property damage insurance, protecting you against the unexpected. Please note that this coverage does not extend to commercial properties.
No Hassle with Deposits Through Waivo, we offer a comprehensive damage protection product that includes both accidental and intentional guest damage with theft included as well. Protection limits range from $500 to $20,000 and apply to both building and contents or personal property damage. This protection removes the need for upfront cash deposits, streamlining your booking process. Please note that some homeowners still require a cash security deposit despite this protection.
Round-the-Clock Support Our client support and concierge service are always on hand to assist you, ensuring your stay is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

The Service Fees contributes to general overhead including but not limited to platform maintenance and upgrades, staff training and development, market research and development, technology and cybersecurity, and sustainable practices.
Understanding the Fee Structure
The Service Fee is calculated as 13.25% of the total gross receipts of your booking plus $58 per night. To ensure fairness and value, we've set the following caps on the Service Fee:
The maximum fee will not exceed 20% of the total gross receipts.
For bookings ranging from $42,000 to $62,000, the fee is capped at 12% of gross receipts.
Bookings between $62,000 to $82,000 will have a maximum fee of 10% of gross receipts.
And for bookings over $82,000, the fee is capped at just 8% of gross receipts.
