Between beach and bay. Cabins are a combo of rugged and comfortable with luxury touches like the soap and shampoo

Clearly, Staymarquis has thought of everything. On approach, the bungalows seems like mini minimalistic retreats. But don't be fooled by what is, in fact, a cleverly-scripted appearance intended to foster the sensation of "remote," because these are appointed to any beyond completion. The bed is soft, the decor is delicate but prominent. The beach is on one side and the bay is on the other. The bikes are lined up if you choose to forego 4 wheels. And the way the plantings envelop the cabins make those cabins seem to have sprouted from the ground. What a great escape. Can't wait to visit again.

Our experience with Stay Marquis & Beach + Bay Bungalows was one of the best if not our best weekend ever! The service and staff was absolutely phenomenal and made sure we were taken care of the entire weekend! The bungalow was cute, clean, and had EVERYTHING we needed. If we forgot something at home, they had it! They provided beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, ice, heater, AC, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, stove, portable speaker, bikes etc. The bungalow was cute, extremely clean, and had EVERYTHING we needed. We didn't make use of everything available to us as the weather wasn't permitting on Sunday, but had so many options! The staff was in constant communication with us and made sure that we had what we wanted/needed. They were pretty much accessible at all times and made sure to give us any updates and clear instructions for check in + check out. The location was perfection, beach access across the street we took the bikes provided into town! We really could not have asked for anything more during our stay here! This was one of the most relaxing and serene vacations I have ever taken and will definitely be visiting & staying with Stay Marquis & Beach + Bay Bungalows again! Thank you so much for a weekend we will never forget :)

A great way to explore the Hamptons in a more no-nonsense way. Endless walks with our dog on the magnificent beach, grilling on our little terrace, sleeping to the sounds of crickets. Ideal for two. Value for money. Simple kitchen with just enough utensils. Service attentive.

As someone who has stayed at the bungalows for years I was pleasantly surprised with all the changes. The renovations were much needed and the bungalow we stayed in was clean, stylish, had everything we needed and was super comfortable. From the shower to the new grill, all the upgrades made our stay so wonderful. We are definitely planning on staying again.

Spent Sunday-Wednesday in Bungalow 6. Great beach escape for a family of 4 (kids age 8 and 18months). Bungalow was well appointed and beds were comfy. Clean with modern updates. Think more glamping than fancy hotel. Plenty of room for a pack n play. We had a room closest to the lot which we preferred for packing and unpacking and heading to the beach. Bungalows were a friendly wave or nod away, but still far enough away for privacy. Bay had a spectacular sunset while we were there and the beach was empty. Town is a quick 7 minutes away. Perfect social distancing vacation with or without a pandemic.

For 2 adults and 2 teenagers, this 1BR bungalow is cozy and clean within steps to the Atlantic ocean. Although it\'s small and it\'s renovated from an old bungalow, it does have everything that we need: hot shower is really comfortable (with another one outdoors for some cleaning after coming back from the beach), coffee, stove, oven, hair dryer, sofa bed, extra sheets/pillows/towels, light, extension cord, shades, LOTS of BIG windows and sunshine, air conditioning, outdoor seating, outdoor sink (!), grill, fridge, etc. No TV - but we don\'t need them. It\'s really comfortable and it feels like a real vacation. The property is very clean. Ever since booking the staffs have been very helpful. There was a staff greeting us at the property when we checked in and she is really helpful. Unlike other vacation homes that require 1 week of reservations, the bungalows don\'t need a full week. We stayed for only 1 night for a short getaway and it worked really well. Before the trip, we worried about how to maintain social distancing when going to the beach during this COVID19 era - but here is the solution! Unlike hotels or condos in a high-rise building, the beehive bungalows stand alone with no contact at all with anyone else. We do see couples or families in neighboring bungalows, but it\'s far apart and there is no worry for close contact. The location is unbeatable - it\'s literally withing feet from the Atlantic Ocean, with an easy boardwalk to a private beach. Since the Dune Road does not allow public parking, the beautiful West Hampton Beach is shared among very few people - therefore, it\'s empty, clean, quiet, and beautiful. We even saw pipers feeding at the beach, with no one within 100 feet from us. I highly recommend this beach over other crowded beach at Long Island.

Very nice bungelow with nice view of the water. There were complementary hard ciders and water in the fridge and a small bag of ice in the Yeti cooler. Easy and quick walk across the street to a wooden walkway to the ocean. Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back to stay again!
