Complete with an island and barstools, stainless steel appliances, and views of the Long Island Sound, cooking a meal will be nothing short of pleasurable. The dining table rests on the other side of the island and contains a round table set for four. Feel free to dine here, or take the meal outdoors on the back deck and enjoy with unparalleled views, relishing in the ocean breeze. Deeper in the home, you’ll find the living room, featuring a cloud-like sofa, dear little house plants, and a cozy wooden fireplace for cool Summer evenings. For those needing to work-from-home, there are two work spaces readily available — one including a desk and second sofa on the main level, and the other being more secluded down a few steps and in a private room. If, however, you are in full vacation mode, spend the day lounging on the beach immersed in a good book, and take frequent trips up to the house for any refreshment refills or afternoon snack breaks. Prior to showering up for dinner, or perhaps early in the morning, Peloton lovers are encouraged to utilize this home’s very own bike — a rare and special amenity setting this home apart from others. Pet Policy: One dog of 25 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $30.00 per night. Dogs over 25 lbs are prohibited unless express approval is provided. All other pets (including multiple dogs) are prohibited unless express approval is provided (please inquire). An additional security deposit of $300.00 per dog will be required.
Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Additional Persons: Additional persons are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An additional persons fee of $120.00 per person per night may be required.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
