Entering through the front door you are greeted by light wood floors, expansive windows, and vaulted ceilings. The formal living room includes a fireplace and extensive seating grouping and a bar cart. To your left is the informal family room with several more comfortable seating options and a large flat-screen TV set within built-in shelving. To the right of the main living room is the dining space that includes a large wood table with bench seating and a buffet sideboard. This room also has easy access via a sliding door to the back patio. Adjacent to the dining room is the u-shaped kitchen with large island that seats four. The impressive kitchen is surrounded by windows and features a stainless-steel appliance suite with gas range, wine cooler, and a full butler’s pantry with additional fridge and ample storage. Four bedrooms are found on the second floor, two with ensuite baths and two that share a Jack-and-Jill bath. The master bedroom has sprawling water views and a sunlight. A second guest room is light and bright with three skylights. Outside the home, there is no lack for activities. Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
