This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath rental has everything you’ll need for an extended weekend or longer stay. Find queen-sized beds in two of the bedrooms, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and comfortable, intimate space throughout the rest of the house.
The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new state-of-the-art GE appliances (including a new Vitamix blender and Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer), pot's and pans & kitchen tools. Invite the rest of the family to sit at the adjoining bar counter so they can keep you company while you cook. Or, let them lounge in the living room, outfitted with a 65-inch TV screen.
Step outside and take advantage of the gorgeous, half-acre backyard, perfect for a lazy day in the sun. There's a large deck furnished with outdoor dining, marble chat set, and sofa. Don’t forget to pick up a few steaks and toss them on the brand-new Weber grill while the family kicks back around the fire pit or on the patio furniture.
Every vacation experience is made just a bit better with Chateau St. Clair’s extra goodies. Grab one of the two stand-up paddle-boards and head to the beach for a serene (but potentially challenging) fitness session on the water. If the family prefers to pedal, hop on a one of the well-maintained bikes for a spin around the neighborhood. Or, gather up the beach chairs and umbrellas, and settle in for an afternoon of surf and sand.

Pet Policy: One dog of 35 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $100.00 per booking. Dogs over 35 lbs are prohibited unless express approval is provided. All other pets (including multiple dogs) are prohibited unless express approval is provided (please inquire).
Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

We had an amazing long weekend at Chateau St Clair, traveling as a couple with our small dog. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, and the property manager gave us a full tour. The house is small but comfortable, with a huge backyard that our dog loved, and a nice patio space for sunbathing and a grill. The garage is fully stocked with new gym equipment, bicycles, paddle boards, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, while still being close enough to town to make getting around easy.

We stayed for a month this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Chateau St. Clair. The house is cozy and super clean with comfortable beds. The yard is fully fenced in and spacious - perfect for our dog to run. The owners thoughtfully left doggie bags and an outdoor trash bin to collect pet waste. The deck is big and has ample seating for outdoor lounging or dining. The outdoor shower is the best - you never need to shower indoors. The owners have thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. There were also toiletries including soaps and shampoos should you forget to bring anything . They also had boogie boards, SUP, bikes for us to use. This makes the stay so easy! The neighborhood is a hidden gem as are the entire Bays. Great restaurants nearby - the Hampton Maid for breakfast, Rumba, Station Bar - too many good ones to name. This house is close to the best ocean beaches and several bay beaches. The neighborhood is quiet - we hardly ever saw neighbors - and is perfect for bike riding. This is a great home for a small family to spend quiet time enjoying all the Bays has to offer. We thank you for allowing us to make amazing memories in your home.
