Feel free to select a book off of one of the bookshelves and discover your favorite reading nook, or venture outside to the back patio and read while reclined in one of the accompanied lounge chairs. Both novice and well-seasoned chefs are encouraged to use any and all appliances this kitchen has to offer. Those wishing to watch and partake in the cooking fun may post up on one of the four barstools resting beneath the granite island. There is a grill available in case you desire to whip up the quintessential Summer BBQ and enjoy the company of your friends/family as the sun begins to set. Enjoy a nightcap under the stars, or nuzzle into one of the many couches for a classic movie night. Please note that there is a carriage house at the end of the driveway that has an apartment above it and a working woman lives there year round. She is quiet and keeps to herself, she parks in front of the carriage house so guests at the main house are asked to park to the right along the fence line. There is room for at least four cars.

Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
