The light-filled interior features a bright living room with a vaulted ceiling, a sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and flat-screen Smart TV. Whip up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen with white marble countertops, crisp white cabinetry, a wine fridge, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Sip a cup of home-brewed coffee with the morning paper or help with meal prep at the breakfast area with four stools. Share a meal in the dining room with skylights and windows overlooking the yard at the six-person table. The finished basement provides another spacious living area. Kick back on the chic furniture in front of the flat-screen TV. Work up a sweat before tackling the day on the stationary bike. There is a laundry room for your convenience.
The generous backyard is an ideal place to entertain and unwind with friends and family. Fire up burgers, brats, and veggies on the gas grill and dine al fresco on the four-person table on the wraparound deck. The lawn provides ample space to run around and play games. When you’re ready to explore, you are steps away from a marina on the private Lions Head Beach, where you can dock a boat and launch a kayak and paddle board. Grab the six supplied beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler, and walk a block away to the private picnic area and beach. Watch stunning sunrise and sunset views over Gardiners Bay from Maidstone Park, a short drive away. When you return from the beach, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. At the end of a sun-soaked day, get a good night’s sleep in the three cozy bedrooms, two of which have King beds. One of the rooms includes a small desk if you need a private place to check on work. Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners’). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $20,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

Our family had a great experience during our stay at this place. It was tidy and comfortable, situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and conveniently close to a lovely private beach. The accommodation was just the right size for our group of five, and we would love to visit again in the future.
