Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac on the tip of Long Island, only minutes from the beach, you can surely have plenty of beach days to soak up the sun and enjoy beautiful Montauk surroundings. Only a short car ride away, feel free to venture downtown for some excellent shopping, sight-seeing, and dining in local restaurants. If, however, you’d rather spend the day relaxing within the property, there are plenty of activities to keep you at bay. Whip out a deck of cards and play on the dining room table, or nuzzle into the deep-seated couch to watch a good movie. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the covered porch and finish the day with a glass of wine under the stars. On bright, sunny days, you’ll notice that natural light floods through the windows allowing views of the green vegetation outside. Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
