Escape to your very own secluded woodsy oasis. Set on a 1.8 acres lot that is surrounded by trees, the barn-style saltbox is located across from a five-acre bird sanctuary. It’s minutes from Gardiners Bay Beach and a short drive to Atlantic Avenue Beach and the shops and restaurants of Amagansett. The wood paneled interior and hardwood flooring gives the house a cozy cabin vibe. With an open plan living and dining area, guests can enjoy a seating area with comfortable leather couches and have a meal at the dining table that seats six. The kitchen features wood-paneled cabinetry and ample counterspace for whipping up an elaborate meal. Through picture window sliding glass doors, there is an expansive wraparound wood deck that looks out onto the beautifully landscaped property. With three minimally decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house comfortably sleeps four guests.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

    The house is set in a beautiful and quiet setting, and while in the forrest, the elevated deck helps give you some distance from all the creatures of the woods :) Very rationally organized common spaces, with everything you need, and location is super convenient for East Hamptons and Amangansett beaches and towns. We would go back no question!
