This secluded 2,400 square-foot home offers a cabin-like feel with luxurious furnishings and modern amenities on eight private acres. A soaring ceiling, large glass sliders, and clerestory windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the airy, spacious interior. Whip up a hearty breakfast in the well-appointed Chef’s island kitchen with white marble countertops, blue and black cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a Bertazzoni range. Sip home-brewed coffee with the morning paper at the island with seating for two. Share a meal at the long dining table with four chairs and bench seating. Kick back in the open living room overlooking the deck with a panoramic view of the mountains. Play soothing background music throughout the home using the Sonos speaker system. The lower level features another spacious living area with comfy furniture and a flat-screen TV.
Guests can access the sun deck through the large sliding doors across from the living room furniture. Cook burgers, veggies, and brats on the gas grill and dine al fresco on the six-person table. The deck is an ideal place to watch the sunset and soak up the impressive nature views. The lower-level room provides direct access to the backyard. Bask in the crisp mountain air from the patio area underneath covered by the sun deck or on the four chairs on the lawn. The generous lawn has plenty of space to run around, or relax in the two swings. When the sun sets, gather around the wood fire pit and roast marshmallows. Get in and relax in the hot tub on those cooler nights. Retire to the three cozy, light-filled bedrooms, including the primary King suite and two guest rooms, which share a bath. The roomy King suite, behind a sliding barn door just off the living room, has an ensuite bathroom and a large desk if you need a private place to check on work. Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners’). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
