This modern oasis, located a mere block from a private, mile-long beach, is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The floor-plan is entirely open, allowing the main level of the home to be one grand, communal space for a close-knit group of friends or family. The decor, furniture, and finishes are comprised of a neutral color palette with occasional pops color throughout the space. The living room includes a sofa along with a deep-seated recliner armchair. Light the fireplace on cool Summer evenings, or gather around with those in your group for a good movie on a late night or rainy day. Right across from the living room lies the kitchen, complete with an extension for extra counter space and three bar stools. With plenty of cabinet space to cater to large grocery store hauls and ample ready-to-use appliances, any level of chef is encouraged to whip up whatever they desire. Feel free to dine at the table right off of the kitchen, or bring the meal outdoors on the back deck to enjoy the ocean breeze and Summer sun. Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
