Begin your summer morning with a few laps in the backyard pool. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then reward yourself with a freshly brewed mug of coffee. Linger in those quiet moments, while everyone else catches a few extra minutes of sleep, before kicking off another day at Mecox Manor.
This three-bedroom/three-bath single-level contemporary house has the three-in-one appeal of a spacious exterior, great location, and lovely interior — perfect for a family or a few couples looking to get away. Newly decorated throughout, North Sea Ranch sits on the village fringe, just minutes from Southampton shops, delicious local restaurants, and hours of beach time fun.
Get comfortable in the lovely sunlit living room complete with fireplace and a flat-screen television or cozy family room, both of which offer direct access to the deck. Pour a glass of wine in the gourmet, granite eat-in kitchen and mix meal prep with camaraderie around the center island.
Pass the plates around the dining room table — and stick around for dessert after the sun has set. For anyone itching for additional space, another attractive social area with a flat-screen TV and full bath are located on the finished lower level.
The property’s three bedrooms — each with queen-sized beds, plus a common area with a queen- and two twin-sized beds—are all tastefully outfitted. Snag the en suite master, which has a double sink vanity, marble Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. The additional bedrooms have their own new baths.
Of course, what Hamptons property is complete without a noteworthy backyard?
Set over a half-acre, Mecox Manor has a sprawling, beautifully landscaped lawn shrouded in privacy. The expansive deck overlooking the heated pool beckons with lounge chairs, making it the ideal place for both relaxation and entertainment. Keep those summer evenings alive when you all settle in around the fire pit to continue the memory-making late into the night.
