This minimalist, modern treasure sits on a quiet, Montauk street a stone's throw away from the stunning Lake Montauk. Complete with four, large bedrooms and several sitting spaces spanning all four levels, this home is ideal for a large group of friends/family. Communicating and moving among the kitchen, living room, and dining room is seamless thanks to the open-floor plan and sheer vastness of the space. Windows cover the majority of the wall space in this main level, allowing the neutral-toned space to be painted golds, yellows, and oranges depending on the rise and fall of the sun. The ceilings are also extremely high giving the entire home a bright and airy feel. The kitchen, featuring a grand island with high-top chairs, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, contains everything both novice and well-seasoned chefs would need in creating a masterful meal for those in the group. If the cost of utilities exceeds $125.00/night, guest will be responsible for the difference. Cleanings during a guest's stay and pay-per-view orders are not included in the cost of utilities.

Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Additional Persons: No additional persons beyond the max occupancy of this listing are permitted.

Events Policy: Events are prohibited

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
