Moonriver Cottage allows guests to fully enjoy all the necessary perks of summer in the Hamptons and more. Sunken into the backyard deck, you’ll find the newly renovated heated pool and spa. Surrounded by lounge areas and an expansive deck, this backyard is ready to accommodate friends and family for a perfect day in the sun.

At lunch time, dry off from the pool by lounging out or take a shift at the grill. The well-manicured property offers guests the beauty of a professionally maintained landscape on an intimate one acre lot.

Inside, you will find an inviting, open floor plan recently redesigned to emit a traditional Hamptons-aesthetic. The double height living room that flows into the dining room, and access to the backyard paradise, lets your guests spend quality time with one another. The master suite and kitchen grant access to the yard, further enhancing the flow of the property.

The Town of Sag Harbor is proximate to Moonriver Cottage, allowing endless exploration. Here, you’ll encounter local farmers’ markets, as well as some of the top restaurants, shops, and cafes the Hamptons has to offer. In addition, ocean beaches are only 4 miles away.

Utility Disclaimer:
Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount:
Pool Heating (if applicable), Pool/Hot-Tub Maintenance (if applicable), Heating Oil/Propane/Natural Gas, Electricity, Cable/TV/Internet/Phone, and Garbage Removal

If the cost of utilities exceeds $100.00/night, guest will be responsible for the difference. Cleanings during a guest's stay and pay-per-view orders are not included in the cost of utilities.

Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Pool & Hot Tub Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
