Step inside Noyac Retreat, a beautifully, recently renovated three-story home, set back from the road on a well-manicured 2-acre estate.
The property’s soaring ceilings and professionally decorated interior emit an open and airy feel, while still maintaining a strong sense of comfort. The spacious eat-in kitchen with marble countertops and kitchen island looks out into the backyard, making it easy to cook while still keeping an eye on the little ones. The six-seat dining table is located in the kitchen nook, engulfed by large windows -- a fantastic place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper.
Explore the first floor, complete with the Master bedroom, media room, office and large den. Then take a trip up the grand stairway to find the remaining four bedrooms located on the second and third floors. If you head in the opposite direction down to the basement, you will encounter a second media room and additional space for entertaining.
The backyard is just as picturesque as the inside, complete with a heated 20x40 pool, outdoor bathroom, tennis court and large deck with plenty of room to lounge around on lazy summer days. Be the hometown hero and fire up the barbecue while the rest of your party enjoys all that this expansive home has to offer.
There isn't much of a reason to venture off Noyac Retreat's premises with all of the amenities it offers, however, if you do find yourself needing a change of scenery, all of Sag Harbor's restaurants, shops, and marinas are within close proximity.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
