Thanks to the open-floor plan, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all within the same grand space of the home, allowing communication and movement to be rather seamless. Additionally, this main level is absolutely flooded by natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and glorious French doors that open to the porch and vibrant backyard. The kitchen, complete with a Sub-Zero fridge, Viking stove, an island, and a large extension for casual meals, hors d’oeuvre, or afternoon snacks, will surely provide all you'll need to relax and recharge throughout the day. On radiant Summer afternoons, feel free to lay out on the cushioned lounge chairs and take frequent dips in the sparkling gunite pool to cool off. Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Additional Persons: Additional persons are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An additional persons fee of $250.00 per person per night may be required.
Events Policy: Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An event fee of 1,000.00 may be required.
Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
