Perched on a quiet street surrounded by lush landscaping resides this charming East Hampton home. Renovated in 2004 by one of the Hampton’s most well known builders, this polished home will surely provide a group of friends or family with a relaxing and memorable stay. Thanks to the open-floor plan, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all within the same grand space of the home, allowing communication and movement to be rather seamless. Additionally, this main level is absolutely flooded by natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and glorious French doors that open to the porch and vibrant backyard. The kitchen, complete with a Sub-Zero fridge, Viking stove, an island, and a large extension for casual meals, hors d’oeuvre, or afternoon snacks, will surely provide all you'll need to relax and recharge throughout the day. On radiant Summer afternoons, feel free to lay out on the cushioned lounge chairs and take frequent dips in the sparkling gunite pool to cool off. The outdoor space includes two wide, covered porches with ample furniture. Moreover, the large rear deck can also be covered via the retractable awning. This magnificent outdoor space is very much ideal for hosting evening gatherings or indulging in quintessential Summer BBQs! If you're looking for a bit more adventure, head to one of the nearby beaches: Wiborg Beach is a 16 minute walk, Egypt Beach is a mere 10 minute walk, and East Hampton Main Beach is a short bike ride away (the home provides three adult beach cruisers!). Upon returning home, wash up in the immaculate pool house’s outdoor shower, and either dine at the spacious dining room indoors, at the picnic table under the stars, or take a few minute stroll into East Hampton Village for an evening of sight-seeing, shopping, and dining in divine local restaurants. Later at night, nuzzle into the media room’s grand sectional for a good movie and then retire right to one of the spacious, well-curated bedrooms for a peaceful night’s rest. Utility Disclaimer:
Utility fees are included in the total rental amount. The guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with excessive usage of utilities during the term of the reservation. Excessive usage is defined as utility costs over $130.00 per night of the reservation.

Cleaning Disclaimer: One light cleaning per every seven days and one end of stay cleaning is included in the reservation total. Guests may request additional cleanings at their expense.

Additional Persons: Additional persons are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An additional persons fee of $250.00 per person per night may be required.

Events Policy: Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An event fee of 1,000.00 may be required.

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners’). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $20,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.
