This charming, mid-century modern style home is warm, welcome, and is the ideal getaway home for a group of friends or family. Thanks to the open-floor plan, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all located within the same grand space, allowing communication and movement in and among the space to be quite seamless. In addition to the open layout, the house is light-filled at all times thanks to the skylights, many windows and the sliding-glass door located at the back of the home. During dawn and dusk, take note of how the white-washed walls are painted various shades of yellow and orange, ultimately exuding a golden glow throughout the home. Feel free to watch late night movies or come in to relax and recharge after soaking up the intense Summer rays. Feel free to lounge on the several chairs and take frequent dips in the sparkling pool to cool off, or walk across the street to a bay beach! Being across the street from the water is certainly a special quality that sets this home apart from others, and allows for long walks along the natural beach, which leads to a private harbor or Maidstone Park. As a meal time approaches, any level of chef is encouraged to explore all that this kitchen has to offer, and the beach provides the perfect setting for an evening picnic to watch the sunset. Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
