Inside, the home contains several living room areas, a grand kitchen with an island, as well as a marvelous screened-in porch-esq space — this room featuring all glass as opposed to a screen. The primary living room contains a deep-seated couch in addition to four arm chairs, a glass coffee table, and a cozy fireplace for cool Summer evenings. Adjacent to the living room lies the grand kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, an island (as mentioned previously), and ample counter space for any level of chef to brush up on their culinary skills. There are four high-top chairs on one end of the island allowing the space to pass as both a kitchen and a spot where you and yours can come to relax and recharge. Off of the kitchen is a small table and cushioned bench for early morning coffee or perhaps a work-from-home spot. The space is flooded with natural light thanks to the multiple windows and sliding-glass doors that span the entire kitchen wall. With views of the balcony and pool beyond, who wouldn’t enjoy cooking here?! Feel free to walk right out of those sliding-glass doors and enjoy the meal on the back deck as the sun begins to set, or around the grand farmhouse table in the “screened-in” porch area with views of the property all around you. This lovely, high-ceiling, bright and airy space also contains several loveseats and armchairs in case you ever need a break from the sun, but would like to open the windows and still relish in the Summer breeze. As yet another lounge destination, venture to the lower level for a grand sectional — perfect for late-night movies. There is also a pool table on this level for anyone wanting to get a game going after dinner or on a rainy day. On radiant Summer days, lay out by the pool on a lounge chair or walk into town for some sight-seeing, shopping, and dining in local restaurants. At the end of a long day, retire to one of the four spacious, well-curated bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. Rest assured, there is plenty of drawer and closet space to completely unpack and unwind. Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners’). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
