Located north of the highway, the two-story shingled Wainscott Woods Estate is a perfect getaway for families. The Sagaponack house is ideally situated between the villages of Bridgehampton, East Hampton and Sag Harbor. It’s minutes to Sagg Main Beach and down the road from Poxabogue Golf Course.
With five bedrooms and two pull-out sofas (in the den and the basement) the house comfortably sleeps eight people. The bedrooms, painted in cool, calming tones of greys and blues, are sanctuaries for rest and relaxation. The five bathrooms are clean and bright, with large vanities and glass showers.
This is open concept living at its best. Start your day in the bright chef’s kitchen, which offers ample counter-space and stainless-steel appliances. Right opposite the kitchen is the dining area, which has exposed wood beam ceilings and big windows to fill the room with natural light. The living room, with oversized couches, a stone fireplace, a flat screen TV, and a grand vaulted ceiling, is an ideal place for gathering at the end of a lazy or action-packed day. The basement features a fitness room with a number of exercise machines.
Wander out through French doors to the backyard patio area, which features an outdoor kitchen, a table for alfresco dining and a sitting area for casual conversation. Steps away is the heated Gunite pool, enclosed for safety by a mesh fence. Relax in the comfortable poolside lounge chairs, take a soak in the hot tub, or enjoy the shade of the pergola lounge area with a flat screen TV. The pool house features an outdoor shower and half bath.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
