Proudly maintaining its heritage, many buildings hold onto their original foundations and you are just steps to it all including beautiful beaches and the classic Main Street with a stellar selection of exceptional dining, and architectural interests that pay homage to its sea-faring history.

Thoughtfully curated, the Hall Suite offers a charming stay with two serene and spacious bedrooms. Prepared with the ultimate comfort in mind, rest and relaxation is ensured as this suite features Shifman luxury mattresses, Ralph Lauren bedding, Nespresso coffee makers, microwaves, wine fridges for your food and drinks, plus a daily restocked mini snack bar for your convenience. The Hall Suite, located on the second floor, is a chic and airy space inspired by the green gardenia ambiance of the property with a twist of American charm. Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
