The living room features a deep-seated, plush sectional, access to the back deck via a sliding-glass door, a beautiful stone wall featuring a mounted television, and a well-finished bar with several barstools — perfect for enjoying quality time with those in your group, or hosting guests for a fun Summer evening. Further down the hallway, you will come across the dining room and kitchen. Positioned higher than an average dining room table, the primary table in this home allows friends and/or family to gather around and stand for a more social-setting, or sit down on one of the high-top chairs or bench and enjoy a proper meal. Complete with marble countertops, plenty of storage space, and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen offers any amenity one could need to prepare a scrumptious meal. Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
