Escape for a weekend with family and enjoy the very best of country living blended with a thriving community and beach life away from the masses.

Set on over one lush 1.8 acres of land, this relaxing haven delights with generous amenities, a large backyard, greenhouse, patio plus two-car garage parking. The sun-filled main level invites you into an effortless floor plan ideal for entertaining or relaxing with a large living room (with a large TV) and cozy dine-in area off the kitchen. The newly designed and sparkling white kitchen is well-equipped for baking (with a KitchenAid mixer), grilling and cooking with ample storage for wine, perishables and non-perishables. Along the lower level, the spacious recreation room is comforted by plush sofas, a large TV, and a cozy fireplace. Easily usher in outdoor/indoor living by sliding open the gorgeous French doors that extend to the lovely backyard. Four airy bedrooms (three on 2nd floor, one on lower level) and three full renovated baths complete this home. Comfy beds with premium linens, quality mattresses, and bath essentials are provided during our guests’ stay. Utility Disclaimer:
Utility fees are included in the total rental amount. The guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with excessive usage of utilities during the term of the reservation. Excessive usage is defined as utility costs over $20.00 per night of the reservation.

Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Additional Persons: Additional persons are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An additional persons fee of $100.00 per person per night may be required.

Events Policy: Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners’). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $20,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.
