Centrally located, The Birch House is just minutes from the beach, village center, and transportation (a 9-minute walk to the Jitney). Feel at home in instantly in the small community surrounded by green belt. The home is private, peaceful and quiet.
Renovation updates abound including all new appliances, a gas range, central AC, and on-demand hot water that never runs out. The breakfast bar seats four, making breakfast easy for adults and fun for the kids, while providing grownups a place to socialize while dinner is prepared. Large plank, wood-look porcelain tile throughout keeps the home cool and low maintenance.
Upstairs, the master suite offers a large walk in closet and spa bathroom, allowing you to fully disconnect and unwind after a day of leisure. The back bedroom has its own private area complete with a small table and chairs for morning coffee while the front bedroom opens straight to the pool making sure you never wake up on the wrong side of the bed. The kids’ room is located at the quiet end of the house and has two twin beds and a trundle. The home sleeps eight comfortably.
Head outside and you have your choice of diversions. Relax by the pool, entertain guest at the large table, or BBQ on one of three different grills & smokers. Tennis racquets are provided for the community courts (just one door away!) or stay home and play games like badminton or croquet. Ride bicycles to town or take the stand-paddle boards to the bay if you're feeling adventurous. Finally, wind down your day at The Birch House by relaxing beside the fire pit, glass of wine in hand.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

We loved the Birch House. The renovation was excellent, kitchen and bathrooms really nice. Furniture was very sleek and new. We loved the tennis courts as well. The bikes. We didn't use the paddle boards unfortunately, but would have if we stayed longer/had the time. Great idea to have them. The only negative was that there was no pool heater. Thanks!
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
