Just steps outside the kitchen you can enjoy afternoon cocktails on the expansive deck by the fire pit, or go for a dip in the heated plunge pool during summer months. Should you have a furry friend to bring along, not to worry, there is a fenced in grass area just off the deck!
After a long day hiking, exploring the town, or going for a bike ride, there are 8 bedrooms in the main house plus a private cabin with sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and full bathroom to provide you with the recharge needed to get ready for those morning activities. Pet Policy: One dog of 30 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $500.00 per booking. Dogs over 30 lbs are prohibited unless express approval is provided. All other pets (including multiple dogs) are prohibited unless express approval is provided (please inquire).
Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Additional Persons: Additional persons are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An additional persons fee of $500.00 per person per night may be required.
Events Policy: Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An event fee of 5,000.00 may be required.
Pool Disclaimer: Pool and outdoor furniture available May - September. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/outdoor furniture, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
