Located in the heart of Southampton while also being walking (or biking!) distance to the beach, this ~two acre property is nothing short of a quintessential Hamptons dream home. The gourmet kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, floating wooden shelves, and an island with five high-top chairs. Any level of chef is encouraged to utilize all this space has to offer. You may dine casually around the island, or at any one of the other three wonderful dining areas. As for your indoor options, feel free to dine in the back of the home around a large farmhouse table, or at the more formal dining table located in an enclosed room. Set for up to 16 guests, this table can serve as a space for formal occasions, or as a lovely work-from-home area for those needing to buckle down and get some work done. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We enjoyed a lovely stay at this property on our recent trip to the Hamptons. The house was spacious, with plenty of quaint bedrooms and a great outdoor area for us all to lounge by the pool. Thank you to the team at Stay Marquis for your excellent communications and accommodations!

The house is a former BnB and it still fits that mold. Was just as advertised and perfect for a golf weekend because of all the sleeping options. The property is great for relaxing outside as well.
